Fabric Addiction 101

I am SOOOOOOOO excited!!!!

My ship(ment) of fabric has come in!!!!!!

My fabulous BFF Calianna and I are making twin quilts out of Moda's Strawberry Fields. Oh, Strawberry Fields, how I love thee. Let me count the ways!!!! I can't even describe to you the squealing that Cali and I do when we look at this fabric. Our husbands don't even raise their eyebrows anymore when we reach squealing mode. They've just learned.

Last year, I fell in love with Alexander Henry's The Ghastlies. So I bought this:

This year, I did the happy dnace when I found out that they were re-releasing said Ghastlies (due to the completely warranted super-quick sell out). So I just found this in my mailbox:

I'm still trying to find just the perfect quilt pattern to show these creepy cool Ghastlies off!

I'm open to suggestions!!!!!!

Then, a couple weeks ago, THE hunter and I were at a local quilt shop where we saw this hanging up for display:

I know it's hard to believe, but THE hunter was the one that insisted that I make it for our house for Christmas! I'm sure it has absolutely nothing to do with having deer on it, but still, it's super cute and I jumped all over getting the fabric and panel to make this! It's part of Nancy Halverson's new Christmas line, Jingle All The Way. Love that Nancy Halverson!

I just love fabric. I think I'm beyond Fabric Addicted. They so need to have a tv show on fabric addiction. "Hi. My name is Amy and I'm addicted to fabric." I'd watch it!

Senorita...you and I need to get hooked up! I have two quilts in progress, but I can't finish them without help. I would also love to learn better how to quilt!

I've had an idea about the Ghastlies. I'll write later.

the fabric is so pretty! I feel that way about anything that represents "possibilities" be a library full of books, a paper supply store full of blank paper and pens, or pretty fabric. I feel your love!
