Knock It Off!

Ok, I need to rant for just a minute here.

People, when you walk into a medical facility, DO NOT treat the staff like crap! We don't deserve it and, honestly, it makes us not like you very much.

Remember the adage: you catch more flies with honey than vinegar??????????

Same applies with medical personnel. We'll go a lot further out of our way to help you when you are NICE!!!!!!!

I'm super sorry if you're having a bad day/ decade/ life, but that does not give you just cause to speak ugly to me, nor give me dirty looks because I'm not doing exactly what it is that you think that I should be doing for you (while you're ripping me a new one).

In conclusion, KNOCK IT OFF and just be nice people!!!!!

Thank you for letting me gripe. I feel much better!

The bible teaches us that out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. It makes me wonder just how miserable someone like that must be? It's sad, it really is, and I'm sorry you were on their radar. Hope your day gets better.
Blessings and hugs!

WHERE IS MY COMMENT? I think you deleted it. I said something about that cute sign and that I used to work in the medical field and I got yelled at a lot and it wasn't fun. It wasn't for me. I'm a teacher at heart..blah blah blah...but now it's gone. *tear* Try not to delete this one, ok? ;)

Ah HA! It's because you have the word verification thingy that pops up AFTER you hit "post comment". Those get me ALL.THE.TIME. They're very tricky. Take it off. You don't need it anyway.

I learned a long time ago in the school business that you should make best friends with the housekeeping folks, the cafeteria folks, and the front office folks. I now add to that the computer geeks. If you're taking cookies to anyone let it be them, not the boss. :) blessings, marlene

Amen! I've been out of the field for YEARS and I still remember the mean patients' names! 'Course, I still remember the especially nice ones, too!

What?!? Someone could be mean and ugly to YOU?! You just call me next time and I'll come take them out for you. =)

You are way kind and I always enjoyed coming in for my therapy.
