Just wanted to share the news! All thanks should be directed to my
Workout Nazi, Krystal. It's her fault! But I thank her regardless, even if she brings me cake to celebrate (she'll make sure and sweat it out of me later)!

Well done, that's brilliant. Since my kids are 40 and 38 I think perhaps it's too late for me to achieve that.
